TRUST IN YOUR ABILITY TO FIGURE THINGS OUT
By saying “I can figure things out” and “I can get better”, enables us for lifelong improvement and growth. But without it, we are nothing because if you take a task that you don't know how to do, you say, well, I don't know how to do that, so I quit. If you want to be like somebody who you see as a role model, but you don't believe in yourself, you say, "Oh, I'm not like that." So you quit.
Without belief, there's no ability to grow. There's no ability to go anywhere. You have to look at this next step of your life and and belief that, somehow, you can figure it out. If you have a project and you don't have any clue how to figure it out, you still continue believing that you can figure it out. That will allow you to get up, and get to work on Monday, and start working towards it.
So always believe in your power to figure things out. To do so, you should not compare yourself to others, with their fans, their fame, their, their audience.. It's like you write your first book, and you don't have as many sales as your competition, and you think, "Oh, well, that is because I don't have the audience. And because you see them so big, you think, "Oh, I could never able to do that." so you don't even bother to begin. And a lot of people do that.
No matter how small you start, do something that matters. you can't expect to start out with tons of people. It's never about how big you start, it's that you start. Because what people do is they start something, they write their first book, they try their first online business and nobody follows, nobody watches, nobody buys and they quit. They get disappointed. And where there's disappointment, there was too high of an expectation on achievement versus learning.
What you want to do is never be disappointed. Did You know that Albert Einstein had about 600 theories that were wrong? But the way that you're never disappointed is by understanding that every single step counts, every single step has a teaching, every single step gets you somewhere. We know the power of having that vision. Where there's no vision, there's no leadership. Where there's no vision, people perish.
If you don't have routine and structure set up in a way that will keep you on track, then you will fail. And having new goals without new habits is like having a new car with broken wheels. You will not be able to achieve the goals. So, you need to have good habits. But the challenge for most people isn't that knowledge. You know you need to have good habits.. So what's really the important thing here? It's so simple, but most people don't have it. It's called trigger moments.
You have to establish trigger moments to activate your habits. What do I mean by that? Let's say... you want to become a better person. You want to become more kind, more patient and lovely with other people.. You need things to trigger you, to remind you, to be that particular kind of person, right? You can start by setting up alarms on our phones that trigger you to do the things we are intended to do.
Let's say I have a goal in mind. Let's say you want to become more present and calm throughout the day and you write that down on a journal. "I'm going to be more present today. You could start out with good intentions. But that does not work without a trigger moment set up throughout the day to remind you that. So what if you did this instead? What if you just set up on your phone a couple alarms during the day, with a message that said, "take 10 deep breaths in, remind yourself to be calm”.
What's going to happen? You always look at your phone, don't you? It's going to go during the day. And the funniest thing is, there are so many people doing this worldwide. We're talking about hundreds of thousands of people. They say "That changed my life." And you'll think once you set it up that the next day you'll forget about it. No, that alarm will go off, you forgot you set the alarm. There it goes off in your face, and you're like, "All right.
What would change your entire life is setting up more trigger moments and associations. It means that when you see something, you do this. That when you take that action, then that happens. That when you set up alarms on your phone, so that you're interrupted in your daily life to remind yourself to stick to the habits, to stick to your intention. If You do that on a regular basis, you'll find yourself in so many ways completely renewed.
What are three things that must happen today that would be real movement forward for me? I want you to do something hard every day. If You do that, you'll start to find yourself getting a little more confident, a little bit more in tune, you feel like you're doing things you were meant to do.
And the last big one, Love and appreciation. Maybe in certain ways, you've never allowed that. You've never noticed the beautiful things you've done before. So you never allowed yourself to love yourself. Recognize that you are unique about eight billion people. The greatest way to believe in that is to love other people because they become so grateful with us that they give us some of that feedback, that there's so much appreciation and love and joy in the moment with others and you just feel that vibe. You start getting some momentum. And all of a sudden you start to believe in yourself again. Watch video

BILLIONAIRES THAT WERE BORN POOR
When we think of people who have achieved financial success, we believe that they have simply been lucky. that perhaps they had an easy life or we even came to think that they already came from millionaire families. Without a doubt, in many cases it is so. But for many of them, it was not like that, at all. Let's learn a lesson today about belief and perseverance
Jan Koum: Long before co-founding the messaging program we all know as WhatsApp when he was only 16 years old, this Ukrainian emigrated to the United States along with his mother. They lacked economic resources and relied on state aid to survive. In 2009, Jan launched whatsapp with a friend and then Facebook bought it for the modest sum of 22 billion dollars.
George Soros: As a young man he worked as a waiter and a railway employee to pay for his Economics studies. He worked in a souvenir shop until he got a bank job in New York. He is known for becoming a millionaire after betting against the British pound in 1,992. Today his fortune is backed by 20,000 million dollars and is one of the most representative characters in the world of investments.
Zhang Xin: She is currently CEO and co-founder of Chinese Soho. What virtually no one knows is that when She was a teenager, she worked in garment factories, as many people work for a low salary, making electronic products in Hong Kong. It took her five years to save money for an English course and emigrate to the UK
Howard Schultz: He is today president of the Starbucks millionaire chain but was born in a very poor family in Brooklyn, New York. He made all kinds of jobs until he arrived at Starbucks and began to work in marketing, and eventually, He started working as a manager in that company.
J.K. Rowling: Known in the world of writing for being the author of the most famous book saga, Harry Potter. Divorced, Unemployed and without money to raise her daughter, she often had to turn to places where she could not afford a cup of coffee, and began to write stories about her childhood experiences and the relationship with her mother. She eventually wrote the first Harry Potter book, which became a resounding success. Its capital is valued at 1,000 million dollars.
Oprah Winfrey today is the most recognized American television star but her story is about a woman who had to fight to get out of the most extreme poverty and even in her childhood was a victim of sexual abuse. Forbes Magazine has listed her as the most influential person in the show business. Her personal capital is valued at about 3 billion dollars.
Jeff bezos: Today who doesn't know Amazon right? What few know is that the current president of that company had to perform many jobs in his youth, placing tubes, repairing mills or vaccinating cattle. He even worked cleaning a McDonald's restaurant. His dream was to create an electronic bookstore but his success has gone much further since then. Amazon sells absolutely everything. From books to electronic devices.
Chris Gardner: Mr. Gardner is a famous millionaire American speaker and philanthropist. Perhaps his name does not tell you anything but surely you remember the movie that starred Will Smith, The Pursuit of Happiness, and that is based on the real life of this millionaire who had to beg for much of his youth.
Jack Ma: For many people, getting out of poverty and becoming one of the richest men in the world is impossible. But there are some cases that will surprise you and this is the case of Jack Ma the founder of Alibaba, a Chinese e-commerce company and one of the largest in the world. He had a life of consecutive failures in which he repeatedly took the admission exam in his attempt to study at the university, but without success. He was always rejected so he only studied teaching as an English teacher for a payment of $ 12 a month. He work as a tourist guide in a hotel in China and traveled by bicycle daily 70 minutes a day to get to work. He was rejected in more than 30 jobs before becoming one of the richest men in the world. He also tried to enter the police but he was also rejected because his complexion, so thin and short stature, were not adequate to occupy the position of a policeman. He was practically a failure.
At that time nobody would imagine that this guy would become a business genius. All his failures, far from discouraging him, gave him the impulse to continue surpassing himself. Complaining and giving up was not within his philosophy. “An entrepreneur must have the skills that allow him to withstand the blows of life and overcome the inevitable failures” He said. But all those failures made something clear to him. He was never going to be employed by anyone.
With 35 years in which he had only known failures, he founded Alibaba with limited capital and began to contact business owners and manufacturers in China to export their products in an easier way through electronic commerce. For three whole years the company did not generate profits but he had a group of friends who supported him and believed in his business idea. In 2014, Alibaba goes to the stock market, breaking investment records in a single day, collecting more than 25 billion dollars in record time. This speaks of the greatness of this human being as a person and as a great business vision. This seems to be more an oriental story or Hollywood movie than a true success story. The young man who had failed countless times and became one of the richest men in China.
If you have ever been demotivated or even become lost, believing that you cannot achieve your financial goals, I hope that these cases serve as a stimulus and in this way you can persevere until you achieve your dreams.
